Come and join what will be the best rural proper pub in St Albans

If you remember The Elephant and Castle in its prime post #Lockdown and run by Manuel and Manuela well, they are back under Chase Inns formed by Paul and Manu in May 2023.

Chase Inns was founded by Paul with over 30 years in hospitality alongside Manuel as the Operations Director. They spent a long time searching for their perfect first pub taking over The Queens Head in Chesham in August 2023, delivering a sympathetic refurbishment bringing the pub back to life has provided a fantastic pub and restaurant loved by many with awards to match,

18 months later we found our 2nd "Proper Pub" (October 24); The Cross Keys Great Missenden, a quintessential 16th century British pub.

Chase Inns have now taken over The Elephant and Castle and it will be re-opening in June following a substantial fresh new look
and much needed investment and feel.

We are therefore on the look out for the best in hospitality and anyone who believes they can have fun and work hard for a great team.

Passion is the only skill set we are looking for everything else can be taught.
